By using network.at4pm.com you agree to the rules below. They are short, because the site is simple: a free list that connects people looking for a job with companies that are hiring.

Free for everyone

Signing up, posting jobs and seeing the list are free. We do not ask anyone for money and we never ask for card details.

Candidates

• You sign up only yourself, with true details.
• Your profile becomes public after you confirm your email.
• You can edit it or leave the list at any time, from the links you get by email.

Companies

• You post only real, open jobs from your own company. We check the tax ID (CUI) and the company email.
• You use candidates’ details only to offer them a job. You do not sell them, add them to other databases or send them ads.
• You follow GDPR when you contact candidates.
• The hiring decision is yours alone. The site does not select or recommend candidates.
• You use exported data (for example the list of applicants in Excel) only for recruiting.

Mentors

Mentors help as volunteers, for free. They do not ask candidates for money and do not sell services through the site.

What we can do

We can refuse or remove jobs, profiles or requests that look false, misleading or abusive. Reports go through the report button or to network@at4pm.com.

No guarantees

We do our best to keep the information correct, but we do not guarantee that a job or a profile is accurate and we are not responsible for agreements between candidates and companies. Always check an offer before you hand over documents or bank details.
